Many brides dream of arriving at their wedding in a Rolls Royce, others a horse and carriage but one bride in Swindon made her grand entrance in a skip.
The bride was Noreen Quin who was heading to the registry office to marry Nick Kearns.
The couple decided to use the unusual form of wedding transport as Nick owns a skip hire company where they both work and they wanted to add a heap of individuality to their day.
They weren’t about to rock up in any old skip full of rubbish though – Instead the couple had the skip completely transformed with paint and glitter, a roof in case weather was not on their side and even curtains to add that touch of glamour.
Nick said he wanted to make a “carriage for his princess”.
