Scandinavian airline to host first same sex wedding
Scandinavian airline SAS plans to host the first ever in-flight same sex wedding. They plan to host the event on 6th December and looking for a suitable couple who wish to walk down the aisle of the airplane on a flight between Stockholm and New York. People can vote online to decide which couple will be the lucky one as the airline has also said it would pay for the winners’ tickets, hotels and honeymoon in Los Angeles. The meal served on the flight will not be your usual passenger snack either, but an on-board banquet with a special wedding menu and wedding cake. The ceremony will take place in Swedish airspace where same sex marriage is legal and the wedding party will have the whole business class sectioned off where dancing in the isles will also be permitted.
